ABOUT ME

Hey! everyone

My name is Remi, I'm 19 years old and I'm from Colombia, so english isn't my first language, I am an arts student and I love my career.

I have so many things to say, about me, about my world, abot my motivations to create this site, and the ones I have to experience the world in the way that I do, but i'm not so sure about how to write an about page xdddd.

This website is my fist amptempt at coding, the last thing I did before this was to make the scratch cat run in circles 10 years ago, so, many thing may be werid, I've started this in february, after watching a LOT of videoessays about how cool it was to have a site instead of social media. I had already stopped using most of them so I tougth this was a good idea. I like to think about myself as a multi passionate person, and I'm also autistic so I have a few hiperfixations that I'd love to talk about, I struggled whit that in social media, you can be only one thing at a time, if you like anything else, you need to create a separate account because if someone follows you to talk about fandom, they don't wat to hear about your early ideas for halloween or what musical makes you want to learn how to sing.

I love musicals, reading webtoons, comics, fanfics, and my music taste is a little bit of everything. I also love to DIY, crochet, jewlery, pins, patches, fanines made with collages and a lot of more stuff, Since I'm an arts student I'm always doing something and it makes me so happy. I love to share my time, my space, the food I make and the things I create with my friends. I also like a few series,from the most cringey spanish-speaking 2016 youtube series, to Arcane, my favorite movies are Cinderella (1950), Mulan (1998) and But I'm a cheerleader (1999). My favorite musicals are Les Miserables, Into the Woods (only stage version for those, movie versions make me want to die) }heathers and Hamilton. I love halloween, it's my favorite hollyday, this year I'm gonna be Lin-Manuel Miranda in Hamilton and I'm very excited to do that.

In other kind of interests, I love alt fashion, if I had to describe how do I present I'd say I have no idea. I draw inspiration from joob, polkadotpigeon and Rabbit, they are some of the coolest looking persons I've ever seen and they have inspired me to explore a lot with my clothing, somehting I wanted to do since I was 16. I'm kinda looking into goth subulture, I love the music, the fashion, the mentality that comes whit it and I think it aligns a ot whit the person I am rigth now
